This module integrates transducers, signal processing circuits, and high-precision metering algorithms, and directly outputs water flow measurement results via a UART interface. All core technologies, such as piezoelectric ceramics, metering chips, and metering algorithms, originate from Europe, ensuring product stability and reliability. With a transducer spacing of 62mm and a height increase of only 2.6mm compared to independent transducer solutions, this module can be seamlessly integrated into the majority of Chinese flow tube sections, allowing the original product form factor to remain unchanged.
The module's high-precision metering algorithm extracts the hydrodynamic characteristics of different flow tube sections, achieving metering performance with an R800 turndown ratio. Furthermore, it enables a two-point calibration production process, improving calibration efficiency to approximately 10 minutes per meter.
Featuring a highly integrated design, this module incorporates mathematical and intelligent design for the most technically challenging aspect of ultrasonic water meters-ultrasonic metering technology-directly outputting measurement results. This significantly lowers the technical barrier for ultrasonic water meter development.

Standardized Interface and Compatibility: Requiresonly a 4-wire connection. Its mechanical interface andwiring method are compatible with the installationdimensions of traditional discrete transducers,supporting seamless structural transition for both newand existing customers, facilitating upgrades andreplacements.
Standard Serial Data Interface: Provides a UARTserial interface, outputting in pure data format. Theinterface is simple and facilitates direct parsing andintegration by the host system.
