General Information

The GSH series from DZG are Direct Current (DC) smart meters for direct installation in e- mobility charging stations. They provide measurement data records with timestamp, loading process data and digital signature, thereby enabling charging processes to be billed in accor- dance with the legal requirements.

Assembling and Installation

The DC meter can be used stand-alone without any additional equipment. This ensures a full range of application possibilities with a compact design.

Requirements for the connected charging station controller and the charging station as  a whole

The public key and the server Identification (ID) of the GSH meter have to be attached visibly to the charging station so that it is visible from the outside for each charge point. The isolated DC Electric Vehicle (EV) charging station has to reduce overvoltage to the meter and the EV to at least the rated pulse voltage of 2.5 kV.

Requirements for the transparency software

Transparency software can be used to display the invoiced data in compliance with the legal requirements, which enables signature verification of the measurement data records for invoice control. The transparency software is available for download.
