Take the MID certificates for Reallin energy meters as an example: most of them are issued by the certification body SGS. For MID certificates issued by SGS, the most direct and effective official verification method is to use SGS's online report authenticity checking tool.

Method 1: Online Document Upload Verification

After a brief moment, the system will generate the verification result. This online upload method uses automated system comparison, returning results such as "Authentic," "Non-original Document," or "Revoked" within seconds.

Method 2: QR Code Scanning

Another fast and convenient verification method is to scan the QR code printed on the certificate. This will redirect you to an SGS confirmation page.

With this approach, you need to manually compare whether the information displayed on the redirected page exactly matches the details on the physical certificate — including the certificate number, product model, manufacturer name, and issue date — to confirm authenticity.
